2) Or mail your pet's photograph (returnable), description and a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to: Kuchi, 3-234 N.Templeton Drive, Vancouver, B.C., V5L 3E4.

3) Don't forget to include your phone number or email address.

4) It's FREE.
